To the Family / Mary Blevins (Supporter)

To the Family....  I know there isn't any words that can stop your pain.  I just want to let you know that we are all still supporting you.

Terri's death will not be in vain!  Her supporters will not stop fighting for the rights of the disabled, and to stop the horrible death by starvation and dehydration.  I never knew we were a country that allowed such things to happen untill several years ago when I became aware of Terri.  Bob, Mary and her family has opened the eyes of many people to the inhumane laws of our country.
I promise to continue this fight until the laws are changed, and an investigation has been done.

im from the uk and saw this extrordinary woman on the t.v that was namely Theresa.I thought how could they put this poor woman threw such a slow and no doubt painful death. They dont treat animals like that.(starving her to death)so how could they do this to a human being.
At least Theresa  does not have to suffer anymore.it`s a cruel world we all live in.may theresa rest in peace. Close

I thought i'd post this poem for Terri's family and friends.  It helped me when I lost a family member and I hope it may bring you some comfort too.  I'm so sorry for your loss.

Miss me but let me go.
Author: Unknown

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little--but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me--but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss Me--But Let me Go!

In the Master's hands / Jody Langston (Sister in the Lord)

Our sister, Terri, is in the place a lot of people long to be. But, for those of us here, we will continue to fight for what's right.
Schindler family, I am 22 years old and have never been bold enough to speak out what's in my heart. Seeing the wrong that was done to Terri has broken me out of that shell of silence and now I am free to speak out BOLDLY what IS in my heart with NO fear. I will take a stand for what is right and will never be silent again. And I'm sure there are many more like me who will also stand.
Thank you Terri! You were an inspiration to me. I'm sorry it had to happen like this but, I will continue fighting for what you died for.
Again, Schindler family, it's so encouraging to see the love of God you showed throughout this whole ordeal. In my eyes, and I'm sure in many others, YOU won this battle. And you will see your Terri again.
God bless you all, in everything you say and do.
Your sister in Christ--Jody

Dear Terri,
You now know how much you meant to this world. Because of you, your problem and the extraordinary love of your family, we are all much closer to our loved ones, our purpose in life and to God Who created us.  Thanks to you and to your loving family and friends, we all have had a glimpse of the love of Heaven.  You now know this personally.  We will have to wait but will look forward to meeting you there in the future. Terri now lives with the Angels / Denise Hansel (Soldier in Terri's Army)
I've always said that Terri was our angel...fighting for life.  My heartfelt condolences go out to all who love Terri.  To Bob and Mary..my thoughts and prayers are with you always.  I can only imagine what you've felt..being a parent myself..I commend you on your love and endurance thru this time of heartache and grief.
Bobby and Suzanne...you also are in my thoughts and prayers.  I have a disabled sister and can't imagine what I would do in your shoes.  Terri was so blessed to have a family fighting so hard for her..being her voice.
I pray that your hearts will mend (as much as possible) and that your faith keeps you strong.
Terri is now looking down on us all, smiling for the world has opened their eyes...singing...her beautiful voice now heard...dancing...and forever enjoying the living water that runs freely in Heaven.
Bless you all! Close

Dearest Family,

I write these words with a heavy heart for the struggle that Terri endured yet suddenly am joyful as I realize that my own grandmother passed only a week ago on  this day of Terri's passing and that she is in heaven to meet Terri.  My Nannie is a gorgeous soul as Terri is and they will have a joyous time with God.  I am indeed sorrowful for your loss but can assure you that my grandmother holds her hand now as they walk the streets of gold and wade in the the cool waters of the river of tears.

Even at 91 years old and 500 miles away from me she always ask how Terri and her family were doing so I know without a doubt that she  greeted Terri at the Golden Gate.

"Tell the people not to cry. Tell them to be happy."

Our Elders know about the two Worlds, the Physical World and the Spiritual World. Many times, before we pass to the Spirit World, our relatives, who have gone there before us, will come for us and they will help us. The Spirit World, the Elders say, is a good, happy and harmonious place. When we die, it means we have only entered another world. We will all see one another again.

With Much Love,

Dear Schindler family,
As we mourn the tragic murder of Terri, and we keep vigil for our suffering Holy Father, I will try to comfort you with his own words.
From a homily 9/8/94:  "God is on the side of the oppressed.  He is beside the parents who cry for their murdered children; He hears the impotent cry of the defenseless and downtrodden; He is in solidarity with women humiliatingly violated...Do not forget the sufferings of families, the elderly, widows, the young and children. It is His people who are dying."
I pray for Terri's soul,  I pray for peace to your family.  I believe Terri suffered for the sins of many, and she changed hearts.  Let us ask her to pray for us now until we all meet again in His Kingdom.

My saddness and sympathy to the Schindler Family,

One night it was raining in Southern California and as I walked onto the deck, I felt it was raining tears for Terri.  My tears joined the rain.  I also noticed one day it was raining tears for Terri in Florida!

May your Strength continue.  I am so truly sorry our system failed.  So, so sorry.

Love,

As A mother myself, I pray that the peace that passes all understanding be upon you and your family. We know Terri is in the precense of our creator, and would never choose to be back here. She has walked through the door that we who are still here still dread to go through, we would not want that for her to face again, especially the way they chose to take her life. I pray that blessing be upon the entire family that stood beside her and never gave up. Now Terri has the ultimate healing and the victory. Amen Close

INTERCESSOR FOR THE DISABLED / Cheryl Thomas (Supporter)

 Dear Family,
One day I believe you will be standing before the Pope. Your family and Terri will be Saints for our Church. The world witnessed a valiant, most beautiful family that stood for love and sacrifice. Your love for Terri just the way she was and your respect for life has caused a great effect and will continue to change hearts and minds.
My daughter Sarah is so much like Terri. I have already been asking Terri to intercede for Sarah.
My family and I have been following all that has been happening in your fight to save Terri for two years. We made many calls and sent many e-mails. We are grieving with you and for you.
                                                Love and Prayers,
                                            Bruce and Cheryl Thomas

Your daughter's suffering has saved many souls and ended much apathy in many people.  She inspired many people to stand up for what is right and to understand what is wrong.  Our prayers are and have been with all of you.  May God continue to Bless You Always With His Love, and give you the graces needed to finish this spiritual battle.  God is so good and so we know she is with Him now.

What beautiful sights you must be seeing.  And they are seeing your beauty that you gave to all of us.  May all this finger pointing end and let you rest in peace.  To be where you are right now is the dream of every person who is a believer.  May you have nothing but joy thru eternity.  Much love from all of us!!!  I hope with your passing you slipped into the next world with dignity and lack of any pain and with the knowledge that this was your wish.  This is between you and God and I know He has opened His arms wide for you and said "Welcome faithful servent"  I can only pray that we can all remember you as the person you were and not the havoc that happened within the last few weeks.  Your parents should be congratulated for raising such a beautiful daughter, and your husband should be crongratulated for walking thru fire for you.  You were loved by so many.
